This electric stove replaced a 24 year old GE Stove that was still working and never gave us problems. Basically, it was old and had developed a very fine crack over the left front burner that seemed not to affect its performance. The new stainless steel stove has versatile multi-size burners and a convection oven, 2 features that we wanted. The burners seem to heat up faster than the old stove. This is a highly rated stove and so far it seems to be fine. If it lasts as long as the old GE stove it will long outlast us.
I would recommend this to a friend!
