Needs some improvements

Overall I am happy with this range. Only two concerns. One major. The timer alert is way to low. Needs to be able to adjust volume higher then what is currently available. Minor concern. Time to preheat too long.

Love the convection

This is my first convection oven and I love that I can bake 3 trays of cookies and have them all come out the same. It saves me time and that is always a good thing. Of course I did not want to ever get my new stove dirty, but when we baked a pepperoni pizza and the grease dripped over the edge, it got baked on. The steam clean did not touch the baked grease, but when our weather warms up so I can open a window, I plan to use the regular clean cycle. I am trying to be more careful with putting a pan beneath to catch drips in the future. I did adjust the temperature of the oven by an increase of 25 degrees, but overall I love my new range. The top is easy to clean, which I do each time I use it. Also I appreciate that this range is made in the USA.

I have been using my range for about three months now. I like that the oven heats up quickly. The oven is large enough for everything that I bake. I am a little disappointed that the convection setting does not prevent my cookies from baking unevenly. I still need to turn them once during baking.
My biggest disappointment has been the top of the range. It shows everything...fingerprints, dust...you name it! Also, the top of the range already has scratches on it. My old range did not have any scratches and I had it for 20+ years. This has been a real disappointment! I feel that I am very careful when using the range so I am very surprised that the finish is inferior to my last range. I thought products improved with newer models....I was certainly wrong about that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always wanted a convection oven.

We have been living with our new stove for about two months and we are happy with the way it is performing. The only complaint is can think of is that the alarm is very low key. Unless you are in the kitchen it is difficult to hear the timer alarm sound off.

Great Stove

We have had this stove for two months and it cooks wonderfully. The only changes I would make, given the option would be for a louder maximum volume on the timer (my hearing isn't the greatest), and for a matte finish on the cooktop. the glossy finish is GORGEOUS, but shows every last speck of anything, water spots, etc.... The upside is that the stove is easy to clean. Functionally, I wouldn't change a thing. If you are used to having a spoon rest on the stove (we don't have much countertop on either side) this may not be the stove for you, as the burner foot prints leave little safe space for a rest. But there is a burner for every size pot or pan, with even heating and the warming zone works as well as a steam table.

Purchased 3 months ago. Really liking the convection option. Haven't had to clean the oven yet, so don't know about the steam feature. We cook a lot. Cooktop is easy to clean. No problems. We follow the directions, make sure the pans are dry, use the suggested cleaning products and we have had no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!
