Huge upgrade...having issues with oven temp

We went from a 24 year old stove/oven to this majestic machine. After a bit of a learning curve, things are progressing smoothly and wonderfully.
I am having oven temperate heat calibration issues as both oven are running far too hot. For example, I set the oven temperature for 350...but my interior oven thermometer read 410! That resulted in burned lemon bars. I recalibrated...but it’s still running at 25 degrees hotter than it should be. I will continue to monitor.
I also wish there were two or three separate timers for each oven and stove. Only one timer...so choose wisely and have separate timers handy.

Looks great and easy to use

Overall we like the oven. The double ovens are great and we have taken advantage of being able to cook two things at the same time with different temperatures. The range is a bit of a challenge as 3 of the burners are fairly large and the flame is too wide for a normal pot and the temp is “dead” in the center. The burners are also fairly far from the pans, so a lot of heat is lost. The center griddle is not great, and I’d rather have just an additional burner.

Great double oven stove

I love to use the upper oven when I’m baking small quantities of food. It’s great when you’re trying to bake two things at a time I can bake a pizza in the upper oven while I am baking a pie in the lower one. It’s great for when you have to cook a lot of food.

Almost perfect

Thanksgiving will be so much easier and faster with these ovens. Safety knobs so that you don't turn on gas just brushing past the range, my favorite feature. Only issues are the 2 burners on the left. I will never use that x-large front burner and I would rather simmer in front so that I can keep an eye on that small pot. Love the griddle in the middle. Rarely need a frying pan now. This makes my life so much easier.

Impressively even heat in both ovens and from the burners. Broiler works great too. Buttons are easy to understand and use.
