The BEST Range EVER!

So. I am old. I have purchased MANY stoves/ranges over the years, but THIS one is the best. NOT cooking a turkey?? Upper range is perfect for a tray of biscuits/cookies. You ARE cooking a turkey? The lower range is excellent, AND allows you to cook the dressing, et al at different temperatures (like your favorite pie), and everything is done at the same time. WOO HOO!

Upper oven stopped working in just over a year

Really disappointing. We loved our double oven that we got last December 2019 and now in February 2021, the upper oven won't heat up at all. Of course it stops just a couple months after the warranty expired. The product obviously wasn't built to last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this stove.

After a glitch in getting the propane installation kit, I am finally using this great stove. It is everything I wanted it to be. To be honest I was not going do 5 stars, BUT with the pandemic and a major never ending snow storm the product doesn't deserve less.

Ovens fail in less than 2 years

This appliance is less than 2 years old and both ovens have stopped working. The upper oven shut off after 20 minutes at temperature, and switched the oven to 'Warm'. The second time I used it (after failing), the broiler turned off within 10 minutes. Now the lower over fails to work. I spent a lot of money for something that I never expected to fail in less than two years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the range but has problems with gas range set

Its difficult to even find a gas double oven. But this one is great. I needed to use a propane converter. It's easy to use and very convenient since I'm one person most of the time
But the range settings don't really work. I've had the seller out twice and he tried to adjust the knobs. But the seller told me its a factory setting. Turn it on at high and the medium settings around 5/6 are not medium, but still high. I have to turn it down to 1/2. Rice boils over even at 2 setting. So I'm just turning it all the way down to cook at a medium temperature. How do I get a factory person to change the setting?

We have had the stove for two years and the only problem we have had is the coating on the griddle came off. We have never used anything other than plastic or silicone to turn our food. A replacement one is kind of spendy. It first started coming off in the second month we had it. The rest of the stove has been great for us.

GE is not what it used to be

Purchased the stove in 08/09/2018, for some reason the stove has developed stress cracks on it's left side, and the top oven door glass is separating from the door. And now to finish things up the burner to the top oven has failed. I expected so much more from a GE product.

I hate the ovens!

Neither the top or bottom oven has correct temps! I remodeled my house two years ago and at first the bottom over ran hot and burned everything, but now both the top and bottom oven are not heating to the correct temperature. For example, I set the temp to 350, the oven beeps and shows that it’s preheated and ready. Without opening the oven I change the temp to preheat to 400, now the oven shows the current temp at 308! A casserole that should take 30 mins at 350 takes 1 hour and 20 minutes! It’s really frustrating. I really regret choosing this range.
