The oven temperature are about 5-10 degrees off. I use a thermometer in the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love, love this range. Double oven. Use the upper oven often. Ordered the grill to replace the griddle in the center top. Best range I've ever owned. Very pleased.

My old oven broke just in time!

The door on my old oven was broken the week before Thanksgiving. I am the "official turkey cooker." I always wanted a double oven and seized the opportunity. The bottom oven has not been used much since Thanksgiving, but that is just fine with me. The top oven is the perfect size for a casserole or, what my kids like to do, cook 8 chicken nuggets. I hated the idea of heating up an entire oven for something small. The bottom oven is large enough for a 24 pound turkey, a potato casserole that used 5 pounds of potatoes and double stuffing. I was able to cook bread and appetizers in the top oven at the same time.

I bought this unit because of the slate finish. overall happy with the unit it works as its supposed to. It is harder to keep clean than the old style because the top grates are larger and sit up higher, however it cooks better so fair trade I guess.
