there is no temperature setting for bake above or below 350 so am completely disappointed. this feature matters me a lot

We cook several times a week (4-5) and switching from electric to gas make a great difference in they way food cooks and the speed it can be prepared. The biggest different you'll notice is omletes and pancake on the grittle. The pancakes have a fluff and softness and flavour they never did before which I don't think can be recreated without using this stove.

Double Oven and Griddle ... Great features.

I love the griddle ... use it several times a week to grill sandwiches, fry eggs, etc. I am very careful with the non stick surface; use only plastic appliances, and just wipe it clean with a paper towel after each use. After 2 months use it is standing up well. I also bought the cast iron griddle but haven't used it yet.
It is easy to remove the grates, griddle and burner tops for cleaning so it is a breeze to keep the stove top clean. I like having the different size burners for the various pan sizes I have.
The convenience of the double oven is wonderful. I am still learning to use the convection feature in the lower oven and figuring out which oven works best for different types of foods. But it is really nice being able to bake two things at once with different settings.
The controls are easy to learn and operate. The timer is convenient and easy to program.
I would recommend this to a friend!
