I bought this because it had a double oven...I am not happy with the performance...it..I have had the oven regulated and still does not bake as it should...I have been baking for years and am not happy as I bake at least 4-5 times a week and it is always a guessing game.

Poorly constructed appliance!!

The ovens do not hold their temperature at all. Set to 400, reaches 400, shuts off...food doesn't cook. Repair person said the manufacturers put plumbers putty into compression valves on stove impeding gas flow. He cleaned them out. Now the ovens heat up faster but still don't hold the temperature. The control panel needs to be replaced!! How is this possible my new appliance doesn't work!!!

Bought this as part of an appliance suite for our new house, wanted a double oven and loved the slate finish. BUT...been disappointed and calling service. Oven doesn't heat uniformly, even after adjusting per manual. Bottom of goods and especially cookies cook way too crisp on bottom. Pulled from the box, the trim under control panel was bent...I can only assume this serves as a heat shield.

Not as good as my old GE stove

I bought this stove because I wanted a double oven. I just wish the ovens would heat to the temperature it is set for. The lower oven bakes hot and the top oven doesn't bake hot enough. Then the sparkler on one of the top burners stops working. Really ? It isn't even a year old yet. Sometimes I wish I would have kept my old stove. The service guy was out in the first week of owning it to fix a gas leak in the lower oven. I should have known then....

cast iron grates

I just used this stove I purchased yesterday. After 1 use the iron grates are already scratched and look dirty. I have cleaned them with soap and water and it looks like it is already starting to rust. My new oven is going to look horrible within a week of cooking.

Hard to keep looking nice

I bought this oven as an upgrade to what I had. Although I do really love the double oven feature, the doors have slots in the top that stuff can drip through when taking it out of the oven, and I've looked for instructions on how to clean inside and there are none to be found. Also, the center griddle looks like garbage after one use. I use it all the time, but it has looked bad from the start. Another complaint I have is that there's no available splatter shield for when you use the grill, so to cook burgers or sausage or steak that splatter, I have to dismantle the entire stovetop afterwords to clean. every grate and piece. One more thing I'd change if it were me is I would switch some of the burners around. The super high heat one is on the front left and is my go-to burner but I'd rather have the regular ones up front and the high heat one in a different spot, so I'm not wasting energy all the time on small pans and basic cooking.
