VERY HAPPY WITH OVEN

We purchased this double oven about 2 months ago so we've had some time to check it out. The top burners get up to temperature extremely fast which is very helpful and saves energy. The controls are well laid out and easy to use. The smaller upper oven is great, so many times we have a pizza or small casserole cooking and it didn't make sense to use such a large oven just for that, so that part is great.
The lower convection compartment keeps the temperature even throughout the lower section. Nice large glass opening makes viewing easy.

We purchased this right before Thanksgiving because our old oven crapped out. This oven is awesome! As the turkey cooked we used the upper oven to cook rolls, pies and stuffing. Not only does it cook great and have plenty of features but it looks great too.

I bought this in November I was so excited to use it. This is my very first brand new stove. It works fantastically. Absolutely love having two ovens and a warmer option for the stove top.

Beautiful color and Good features

I bought this range two months ago when my microwave died. I wanted the matching set, so I ordered both. This review is for the GE range. The color I got was Slate, and I am so happy with it. I never liked the stainless steel color because it looked so "industrial". I wanted my kitchen to be warm and the slate color is perfect. Both ovens and the burners work well. I like that the upper oven is taller than my old one. There is plenty of room in both ovens. I did not know better when I bought it, but all my old pans had to go because they were ridged on the bottom, and so I had to buy new pans that were smooth on the bottom. This is the first time that I've had the ceramic top. It is great because no more spills go down through the drip pans, but I find myself being very careful so that I don't scratch the cooktop and that I keep the cooktop perfectly clean using the special cleaner. Fortunately, it doesn't take much cleaner each time. Overall, I am very happy so far. Plus it's made in America! Thanks GE!
