Great features but already warrant issues.

We bought this range a couple of months ago and the features are great and most of the performance is fantastic. We love the double oven in the single-oven size and have used both ovens numerous times. We, have however, had warranty issues I'm going to have contact GE about. Since the first time we started the lower oven on the convection setting, when the fan starts up it sounds like a propeller engine on a plane starting up. It's so loud it's distracting. It appears that maybe the fan blade is hitting on the housing or something. We haven't used the convection setting much at all, just because we don't want to hear that horribly loud noise. Our light on the top oven has already stopped working as well. Probably not a warranty issue but annoying nonetheless for something we've had for a couple months. If

Complete package!!

This stove was purchased by two people in their 70's, who still enjoy hosting parties.The upper oven is the prefect size for cooking small meals for the two of us and the whole stove did a super job of all the hot foods for our Thanksgiving dinner for 42 people.

Love the double oven!

Love the double ovens. Wish one of the burners inner circle was a bit bigger so a small frying pan or 2-3 qt sauce pan would fit. it is just too small and the large ring is too big.

I have always wanted a double oven for those times when I'm baking separate items that require a different temperature. This double oven is perfect for just that purpose and so many more! It has a "warm" feature in the top oven, so I can keep items warm while other things are still cooking (this morning pancakes and sausage were standing by in the top oven while I finished the rest of the pancake batter). And I could have something else in the bottom oven if I needed. I also love the glass top range. Great purchase!

I love my new double door stove. When you are baking something small is nice to just heat up a small space. Then when you have something larger to bake you simply use the larger spaced oven.

Loved it until glass top cracked while heating up

We got this stove about 4 years ago and have absolutely loved it. It has been a dream, really - the ovens are fantastic, the various sized burners are incredibly useful and it performs exceptionally well. Then, last night, I placed a pan on the stove, turned the burner on like normal and a few minutes later I hear this odd sound. It seemed to come from the stove so I looked it over but couldn't see anything wrong. I then lifted the pan and saw that the stovetop had cracked. Just a massive crack down nearly the entire right side of the stove. I am so disappointed. Our wonderful stove has suddenly turned into a big hunk of junk since it seems to cost nearly as much to replace the top as it does to buy a new stove. I could understand it more if we hadn't followed the directions or used the type of pans recommended or hadn't taken care of it. But we've done all of that and it just cracked. I really expected more out of GE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Range

I have only had the range for 1 week. I love the double oven. If I'm making a simple meal, the oven preheats quickly, which I love.
