Practical and great features

I love my new range. It is so practical with a double oven. I use the top oven for baking vegetables, pizza, rolls, bread, chicken and fish. The large oven makes it possible to cook roasts and turkeys in a large roaster. It also has a convection oven! The cooking surface is easy to clean with 6 options for pan size, and a warming station. I can now cook an entire meal, including rolls and deserts and have everything ready to serve in unison. Practical and great features!

Looks and works like a charm. Both ovens are self cleaning which other brands are not. I am in the process of changing all of my appliances to GE.

Make it better

My other double oven had 2 seperate timers for each oven. My new one does not. That ends up being confusing. The cooktop is not smooth like my other cooktop. This one has a rough like surface which makes it harder to clean.

Nice features for the price

I shopped around a lot when I decided to buy a new range. This GE had the best features for the price and I have not been disappointed. The double oven is great and pre-heats quickly. Convection baking is wonderful. If I had one criticism it would be that the top elements remain hot for a long time. This might be a consideration if you have small children. This is really just nit-picking though because everything else is great.

Keeps impressing me

My old GE rusted out after 7 years of strong use. This was disappointing. I wanted our new one to be a double oven that would replace the damaged 30" range. Mad at GE for the short lived previous range,I researched and nearly bought 2 other brands but, after more indepth look at each of the 3, I stuck with GE. It's been great. Heats up quickly. Even heating Small oven works for a couple or small group. The larger oven is included during family feasts!
Only negative is a very sensitive cooktop service. It will need careful cleanup. It scratches easily
