New GE Double Oven

Love the handprint free double oven. Replaced a perfectly good GE stainless double oven so I knew GE was the way to go. Just wanted the handprint free. Love it.

I'd been wanting this stove for a while. Im so glad I got it. I love convection cooking. the stop cooks much faster than my old stove. I love being able to cook at two different temps at the same time.

It took us some time to get used to the speed of the burners and the oven temperature. Once we learned to compensate time and temperature it suits our needs well. The only drawback is the lack of a second timer. Shouldn't two ovens have two timers?

Roomy double ovens

Love the roomy double ovens and the smooth glass cooktop. The cooktop is set up sensibly with the two big burners, the most frequently used, in front and three small ones behind. The ovens are wide and the lower will easily fit a turkey. They heated relatively fast and right on temperature. This stove looks nice in my kitchen. Biggest drawback is only one timer. When using both ovens simultaneously, the time is almost never the same for the upper and lower, and having to use a portable or other timer is inconvenient and ridiculous. Also, setting the clock is not intuitive. You have to hold the 9 and 0 for three seconds when it looks like you have a button where it says hold for three seconds. It would be
nice if the controls were backlit. They should have real, experienced cooks help design these. Still I can recommend this product if it holds up a long
time.

Love this over but bottom oven to close to floor

Really nice looking , runs great but needs to put small oven on the bottom and large over on the top. I put heavier stuff in large oven and would be nice not to have it so far down.
