Uneven cooking

So far, have not used the large, lower oven, but have used the cooktop and the upper oven. The cooktop burners work fine, but are sometimes hard to clean. Some things spilled during cooking can quickly harden to the glass and be hard to clean.
The upper oven has been used often and has been the biggest problem. When cooking, the rear of the oven apparently gets much hotter than the front. As a result, if cooking a pizza for example, the pizza to the front of the range can be cooked properly, but it gets progressively more baked as you get towards the back. The back quarter of the pizza can be charred or very crunchy. Not what I'm looking for.
I've tried moving the rack, using different temps, but it doesn't change the behavior. Either we have a defective oven or this is poor engineering.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The unit is great, had to adjust temp for both ovens which took 2 of is with college degrees to figure out the instructions and the screens. The cook top is great, heats up so quickly but even on low still boiling depending on the burner. Working on figuring out the quirks
