I love the double oven, wish I could have had this yrs ago! I was undecided with this GE color, slate. But it looks so good in our kitchen.
Our only complaint so far, the glass top is very difficult to clean, after using the cleaner on it & wiping off several times, we still need to buff off lots with a soft cloth until it looks cleaned & shining. We've had a glass top range for the past 20 yrs & it cleaned up so much easier. We've only used it about 5 weeks, hopefully we still like it yrs from now.

Great double oven

I love our new double oven. The smaller oven is perfect for cooking something small or sides. Heats up fast. Then you have the regular sized oven for big dinners. Love the stainless steel look. Glass top is beautiful. Couldn't be happier.

I love that I now have two ovens to use so that I can set different temperatures at the same time and I have three racks instead of two. However, there are a couple of things I don't like about it. The timer is digital, but only does minutes, not seconds. The top rack has two handles, one one each side to pull out, but that means you have to use two hands to get the rack out. If the handle was in the middle, it would be so much easier to pull out and push in. The oven is very low, so I have to bend far and that's a little hard on the back. I wish they had put the smaller oven on the bottom and the larger one with the two racks on the top since I use that one more and it has the convection oven. It says that you can't leave shiny racks in when cleaning the oven. I didn't know if the racks were considered shiny, so I called the company to ask. I was told they must be shiny or they would be black/grey looking. (In all my past ovens, I could leave racks in, and I knew that meant they would be come discolored and harder to pull out and push in, but I was okay with that.) So, I'm disappointed that I have to clean the racks by hand when I clean the oven. I haven't tried cleaning it yet. The stovetop is fine, but the light that stays on when the burners are still hot does not identify which burner is hot, so you have to pay attention. I like that it has a Shabbat mode, even though I haven't tried it yet. Overall, I'm very happy with the oven, felt it was reasonably priced and am glad got it..

This range looks so nice in my new home. Have used it some the past two weeks but will be putting it to the test soon with the holiday season. Loving the double oven, since I came from a home with built-in wall double ovens.

Easy to use

Happy so far (I have had the oven for a couple months). I appreciate how easy the controls and knobs are, it's pretty intuitive. Placing dishes and pulling them out of the ovens takes a little getting used to, but it's probably an awkward muscle memory thing from my old single oven. If I had a wish I would give the small upper oven a convection fan too. There's also a tiny lip around the stovetop that traps crumbs.
