Love the design...smaller top oven and lower convention oven. Can’t wait to bake away. Also both ovens have broilers. The design and function on the top of the stove is great, too, with options for smaller and larger burners on each side of the stove top.

Two service calls - still not working!

I chose this double oven range because of the number of good reviews. I really want to love this range but even after the second service call, the upper oven is still not working. The first service call diagnosed defective elements and a bad module. The second service call diagnosed a bad sister board. I am waiting on the third service call in a few days. This isn't a good sign for a range that is only a month old. I like the bottom oven and the surface units. Too bad that we only have one usable oven out of two.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Oven

I recently bought a new house where the builder installed all GE Appliances. I was surprised that he went with GE over other brands but was happy he chose to install the double oven. This oven heats up super-fast, the top oven is perfect for cooking almost everything for a regular size dinner and doesn’t use the energy it would in a traditional single oven. I do wish the operating portion was less simplistic in its design.
