Poor Quality

Only had the range for 14 months. Stove top glass cracked on it's own. This is something that should not happen on a quality product. Warranty only for one year. Very disappointed in product.

Black Top VERY Hard to Keep Clean

I've had this range for a few months now. The range seems fine, but the black top is SO VERY HARD to keep clean! I like the convection oven; biscuits and rolls come out done perfectly. But I don't notice the time/energy savings using the convection bake versus the regular bake. It takes just as long as my past oven which was not convection. Overall, I would NOT BUY THIS RANGE again because of the black top. EXTREMELY hard to clean and keep clean.

Temperature of oven

Bought about 4 months ago. Not happy with oven. Temperature takes about 30 mins to get to 350degrees. Either done to fast or not done on bottom. Don't feel comfortable with the oven.

WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT THIS STOVE.THE BLACK GLASS TOP IS SCRATCHED AFTER THE FIRST USE AND IT JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE.I'VE HAD GLASS TOP STOVES BEFORE BUT THEY WERE MORE OF A BLACK/WHITE SPECKLED TOP. NEVER A SCRATCH TO BE HAD.THIS ONE IS TERRIBLE.CAN JUST IMAGINE WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE AFTER 5 YRS,AND OF COURSE I USE THE RIGHT POTS/PANS AND CLEAN IT WITH THE ENCLOSED SAMPLE.PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS IF YOU WANT TO USE THE STOVE.

Bought this range 1 year & 4 months ago & now the front burner doesn't work - the week before Thanksgiving. That's just not right. Of course, the 1 year warranty is over.

I’ve had different glass cooktop stovetops since 1976 but I am extremely disappointed with this one. The temperatures on every burner are hot, hotter and hottest. I would definitely not get it again!

I purchased this range, looked good, had the features I needed. At 13 months it quit controlling 1 burner. It kept this one burner on continuous on high. I reset the power, no luck. I ended up removing the burner and scheduling a service call. I have all GE appliances and have never had an issue with a new appliance so soon and unfortunately am 1 MONTH BEYOND warranty.
