This is a real pleasure in cooking and baking options. I am pleased it has a Shabbos Mode for Holiday cooking. The surface is so easy to clean because it has sealed burners. The food I have cooked in this oven have come out well cooked and baked.
This is such a delightful change from my old 16 year old oven-I'm going to have a wonderful experience using it !

Love...love...love...except that the knobs are plastic...mine have already melted and I've only had the range a couple of months! Do love the slate color!

My only con for this product is that the simmer settings do not get low enough and I think I will be purchasing a diffuser for this purpose.
