Only had this range for a couple weeks. Compared to my old gas range, the main burner gets things hot quick. Wow! that's some BTU's. I am assuming this will be a five star product but just haven't had it long enough to know for sure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Look and Functionality

I completely took a leap with purchasing this GE stove. I had my heart set on a Whirlpool brand one but was easily turned away by the completely nonfunctional 5th burner. GE has the biggest surface top and a completely functioning 5th burner making it possible to use all 5 burners at once, which is so convenient when making large meals. I'm very happy with the functions of the stove overall, although I think the process of turning the stove and timer on takes to many steps. I'm very unhappy with the quality of the bottom storage drawer, it just feels cheap and has poor quality slides causing it to not open and close very smoothly. I also am VERY unhappy with the stainless steel, while its advertised to leave minimal finger prints, this is NOT the case. I've never owned appliances that showed finger prints as bad as these appliances do. I am CONSTANTLY cleaning them, we have purchased multiple cleaners and polishes and nothing helps. We have had to add cleaning/polishing to our daily chore list which is very inconvenient. Overall its a good functioning stove/oven and looks good when time is put in to keeping it that way, its just more time consuming to keep it looking nice than I would have hoped.

Great looks, high burmer rocks for stir fry and the center oval burner is great for a griggle pan. Also easy to keep clean
