quality budget gas range

I've been using this range for about a month & I'm pleased with the product. I've cooked a range of foods with it & it's worked well. My only "complaint" would be the timer is a little too quiet

Almost meets my needs

I wish I had paid closer attention to all of the features. For the oven, when the oven is already on and going, I can't change the temperature. I have to turn the oven off and then adjust the temperature. Seems ridiculous that it isn't easily adjustable. I ought to be able to push the + or - button to adjust once on and going.

The oven is accurate, baking and roasting well. The broiler is fine. The stove top burners are more than adequate for different heat level cooking. For cooking, the range is fine. For cooks, can be annoying. The oven light must be turned on and off each time the oven is opened. Annoying. It should be automatic. The storage drawer falls out each time it is opened. Also annoying. When the oven is on, the clock display disappears. It becomes the temperature display. Also annoying. None of this is high-tech and was on a basic range I had for 18 years. At this price level, I would expect those small conveniences to be included.Other than those small problems, I am happy with the range. It looks nice, it works, and I hope it lasts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
