I've had this for a week now and I'm very happy with it. No operational glitches. Setup was a breeze as was downloading the BOSE app to my iPhone, iTouch and HP computer. I'm using it in a fairly large living room. Rich sounding basses. Substantial remote. Only negative is that there is no mute button.

Mine is WHITE color.
Series III comes up with Bluetooth which is a big thing. Secondly there is nothing like installation i.e. just plug it - pair it with device - press play - here we go with BOSE legacy sound system. I played Regional - ALAC - MP3 - Higher bit rate MP3 Instrumental - Classical - Hindi - our room was full was filled with BOSE unique sound. No distortion - Time Lag - at any level of volume. It plays each frequency at correct note. Happy to be associated with BOSE family products. Product is portable - easy to carry & worth a wait & buy.

My wife loves her new Bose system

I just finished installing a 20, a portable, and a wireless adaptor for our Bose sound bar. WOW!! User friendly installation. iPad controls. Wireless wholesale house sound. Great sound. Who could ask for more? (Okay, spotify is a little bit of a pain--just enjoying Pandora)

This is without a doubt the best system I have bought in many years. Perfect for bathroom corner on Vanity, to working in the kitchen, minimal counter space, again place in the corner. I have a hearing loss and the Bass on the systems is wonderful! Coming from someone that has had two strokes. (I can figure this system out) Great job BOSE!!! Thank you for a pleasurable system, I look forward to listening to my music everyday! YES, I plan to ask for the next one for Christmas in my HOBBY ROOM!

Bose Got It Right!!!

Replaced an old Beats Box that I had hooked to a turntable to play vinyl. Sound is absolutely fabulous. Have a 7.1 surround system and this little box is almost comparable. Play mostly jazz and R&B and the sound is incredible. Lows are just right. Still playing with the app. Would like Bose to include an equalizer with the app.

My husband is absolutely delighted with the SoundTouch 20 music system. He's always wanted a Bose system so I surprised him for his 65th birthday. The quality of the product & ease of use is exceptional. Thanks Bose.
