Great phone but...

Was holding onto my Note 2 for dear life waiting for the Note 6. My Note 2 did not agree and breathed its last breath after 3 years faithful service. It was so old, my only insurance replacement option was the Note 5. It is a vastly better phone than my Note 2 but without MicroSD card slot for expanded disk, it cannot give 5 stars. Samsung, cloud storage is not a reasonable trade for expandable local disk, even if it is free. If you don't have a signal or wifi - poof! No more access to your files.
I am on a flight. I am in a signal/wifi wasteland. I am travelling intl to 3rd world. All situations where my 16gb Note 2 +64gb microSD kept me entertained. My 32gb Note 5 +1.1 tb cloud storage not so much since I lose 23gb to system and apps and cloud is inaccessible.
My mantra to anyone who broached the subject since Galaxy phones lost removable battery and microSD - if I wanted an Iphone I would buy an Iphone.
Samsung, let the Note 6 rumors be true and don't let me down.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: no microsd
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like that it has just what you need, not a bunch of extra stuff that you never use. Like the note 4 had 10 home screens, really no need for all that.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight

Love this phone

This phone has great features. I love using it for my camera when we go places because I don't need to worry about a flash or having lots of light. The S Pen is great for when I want to screen capture coupons that are emailed or text to me. I would recommend it to all my friends. I have several other Samsung products including ones that I have used before and I love them all.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, low light camera

I would give it a 5/5 if only they made the Note water resistant like s7 but other than that, it's awesome.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: not water resistant

This is one of the worst phone that I have ever ever had. The battery life is horrible, I switched from anow iPhone to the note 5 and I might be able to work on it for an hour or two and then have to charge it. My iPhone I could work all day and only make it to 50% life. Really need to work on that with the note 5
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations, battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
