Amazing phone.

This is my 3rd note product. My only complaint about this model is there isnt a removable battery or a spot for external storage. Other than that it is a great phone.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

This phone puts others to shame. The large but not excessive screen size make this device the only thing I need to carry. The abundance of features is something I continue to discover. It's an amazing tool and fun gadget!

I love my note 5, and I'm waiting for the 7. The problem I have is simple but hasn't been solved by Samsung. I have had to factory reset and have my phone replaced three times. The most frustrating thing in the world is having to put everything back on your phone that wasn't saved or backed up properly. The only thing I miss about my iPhone is the fact that if I back it up in the cloud or in my computer, and I want to buy another iPhone I can restore my phone the way I left it by using the most recent back up . If Samsung can solve that problem they will take over the cell phone game, they already have but they would have a more distant lead . Fix it please !!!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: no quality cloud source to back up my phone.

S-Pen is Super Awesome

This phone is excellent and I love the size. The S-Pen makes a huge difference in all the ways I use my smartphone. I didn't think I would use the S-Pen at first but have found myself using it all the time and I use the note pad app a lot which is something I thought I would never use. Excellent product. Highly recommend it I've been using it for almost a month and have had nothing but an amazing experience.

I have been to find information much easier through goggle or chrome. Pandora and utube is more easier to give me a better variety of music and teachings I enjoy.

Although I was not fond of the newer and larger phones, they grew on me. I will also admit that I like the stylus feature on the note 5 and the way it is hidden. Now if they could just hide a qwerty keyboard I would absolutely love this phone.
