Upgraded from the Galaxy S5. The phone is a great advance in technology. The camera is amazing. The Pen is something I use on a daily basis and something I've wanted on every smarthphone I've ever had. The size is not a problem. The bigger screen is easy on the eyes, bright and sharp. The battery life is surprisingly good considering the the processing power and size of the screen that it lights. The fingerprint scanner is a great option to having to unlock a screen with a PIN or Pattern. The battery charges fast and the case design feels good in your hands. Recommended the phone to my friends and they're very happy with it.

I like the phone a lot but I think it could use more storage space. I got the 64GB model I would have liked to seen a 128GB or higher Capacity model.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers
Cons: not enough storage spac

I've owned at least 12 phones over the years, by far The Note 5 has been the best purchase ever. From battery life to picture quality, from versatility to function, from style to performance, the best phone I've ever owned. I use my phone extensively for work, College, and social media, by far this is the best experience ever and I have recommended to all my friends and family as well as co workers and classmates.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, s pen is a necessity, camera and picture quality is amazing
Cons: i didn't buy it sooner!

This is my 3rd Note product. I'm hooked. Each one I thought was my favorite till the next came out. Love the stylist and it writing ability. Very simple to use. The camera is amazing w/its 8x zoom video is equal to a camcorder. The display is bright ... My only complaint is no memory card slot. While I know cloud n dropbox is the thing I prefer the backup of something more substantial.

You've got to get this phone!

This is actually my first contract phone. But being familiar with electronics, I made a wise decision. This is my first phone from the Note line and I've got to say I'm amazed. After watching countless videos on YouTube about it I was loaded with negativity. I'm here now to say the claims are false and here's why. Non removable battery. This is not a problem for me, and I even do heavy gaming on this phone. The battery life is amazing. Non expandable storage. This is one people raged about. With the recent release of Android, you cannot install apps on the SD card anyhow so it's pointless to have expandable storage if the builtin is adequate enough. Simply put, this phone is a powerhouse. Playing the heaviest of games and have yet to lag on me. Don't fret. You won't be disappointed with the 5th edition of the note line. I know I'm not.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, beautiful color changing design.
Cons: slippery fingerprint magnet.

3 Generational Leaps!

I went from a Note 2, to a Note 5!
All I can say is that they've corrected and improved Android & the Galaxy hardware substantially since the Note 2 and Android 4.2.1 I was accustomed to....
I do miss the removable battery and SD card slot, but what's a hooked Note user to do?
I'm pretty pleased overall and would highly recommend the Note 5 as a phone purchase.
