Disappointed in glass back

Overall its a good phone but, the back broke in 2 weeks without dropping phone at all . It was in the protective case .very disappointed. Sprint made me get the insurance on it .when I took it back you show them they accuse me of applying pressure to it. They basically told me that I broke it. Samsung I would rethink the glass back looks beautiful but breaks too easy. That is the only reason why I would not recommend the note 5 to my friends and family. When y'all have a recall on the phone let me know. I am very disappointed

Just upgraded & LOVE My Note!

I've only had my note about a month, but I already love it! So many features - most I don't know well yet, but I am learning all this device can do. I do love the size, great screen, easy to handle, feels solid, but not heavy. Great sound - my biggest complaint on my previous device. I can hear well now when I'm on the phone and playing my music. Overall, I am very happy!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

The Note 5 is spectacular!

The Galaxy Note 5 is my new favorite smart phone. First, the features including the S Pen, wireless charging, 3000 mAh battery, screen resolution and Samsung Pay. The S Pen is the defining accessory for this phone. It allows you to take notes and edit just about everything. My favorite part is being able to take it out while the phone is asleep and it automatically opens a note on the black screen. Next, the wireless charging is great, however, it is best used to keep the battery where it is and not to fully charge it as it is much slower than the fast charging and the battery is massive. Speaking of which, the battery is great. It keeps the massive screen and octacore behemoth of a phone charge for most of the day. This is one of the only reasons it is not a 5 across the board. The screen resolution is top notch and the pixel density makes everything super clear. I'm astounded at how clear everything looks compared to my past phones. Finally, Samsung Pay, is such a great convenience. Being able to use the phone to pay for transactions at any store (NFC or not) is great. I have used it 10 times with a 100% success rate.
The phone looks great (even after being dropped about 5 times) and the S Pen window case, makes it look even more stylish. The phone is a bit expensive, although, the value is worth it. I have the 32GB model and it is enough, especially because google photos has unlimited storage in the cloud. Android has so many extra features such as widgets and bluetooth lock. When I have the phone connected to my wearable, the phone is automatically unlocked and doesn't require a passcode or fingerprint to access the phone unless I lock it on the home screen.
Overall, I love this phone and I would not change anything about it. It destroys all of the other competition in my mind.

I love not having to use my laptop so much anymore. The options of having Word and Excel is great. I had the Note3 and the Note5 is so much better. The pen is more accurate.

Fantastic phone. Takes great pics and good battery life. I would have preferred a non- glass back and removable battery. I also miss the the air preview feature.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, great pics, good battery, fast charge feature is awesome

Great, but missing a few feature

Overall great phone. Wish it still had expandable sd memory and external battery for extended battery option.

I prefer this operating system vs the iPhone. I find it easier to maneuver and the use of more ring tones. Lovun it
