The battery life is poor. The micraphone does not pick up everything even when directly in front of me. The speaker has a tin like sound to it making it hard to determine what the caller is saying.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

This Note 5 that's not reliable I've had to factory reset it since I've had it this month for x it's always freezing and turn off on its own. overall I can sit here all day and then pick at everything but I give it a zero two thumbs down I wish that my Note 4 back
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Not high def, Poor quality, the note 5 that they gave me it's like a downgrad

phone calls cut out

Most of the my phone calls cut out as if I am out of range or I have dropped calls. My contract is up and I will be switching to a different phone

I have had the note 5 almost 2 years and it's been issue after issue.. I have tried to upgrade to the note 8 but they want me to pay way too much just to upgrade. I would never recommend this phone to anyone.. they break too easily and have too many internal issues.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

This phone was great. Until I recently did the update from Samsung and now it is absolutely terrible. Buttons do not respond battery drains quickly reminds me of the iPhone debacle.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: update killed my phone

Great features and phone

This was my first Samsung device and I bought it used I love the features it really beats any phone that I've ever had the camera is amazing the speed is impeccable and the display is gorgeous I highly recommend this phone for anybody trying to find something new
