Love it, but a few things are off...

I love my note 5! It is a beast, and a huge upgrade from my galaxy s3. I find myself using the pen a lot more than I thought I would, and love the new s-pen features that were added. I'm sad that the SD card was done away with. And I miss the removable battery, especially for hard resetting my phone (which can be done by holding power and volume down buttons). Though these things bother me, and I hope they reappear in the future, it is definitely not a reason to not buy this phone. It is amazing! I also don't understand why they got ridone of the IR blaster, I mean come on samsung, that was uncalled for. The s6 and s6 edge had it, why get rid of it? It is by no means a reason to shy away from it, but I just don't under stand why samsung would just get rid of features like that. I can't wait for gear Vr to come out for it, and other accessories like a dock of some sorts. Overall it is a magnificent phone, and I would definitely recommend this product to a friend!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, wonderful phone
Cons: no ir blaster, seems to run slow and buggy even with 4gb of ram, "pen-gate" simple flawthat could be devastating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung Galaxy durability

The phone has all geat features that Samsung always has to offer the one thing with this phone is that there is no memory expansion, aso the durability of it has decrease as the back is made of some sort of glass, one drop and my phone already has a small crack. I recommend having this phone on a cover or a case.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: no memory expansion

Upgrade to Note 5 has been a great move

Coming from a smaller Android phone I was leary about moving to the larger Galaxy Note 5. I tried the S6 Edge in the store but the rear beveled edge made the Note 5 feel comfortable and not oversized. After a few weeks of use the phone doesn't seem too large at all.
The resolution and processing speeds are awesome. The S-pen has some cool added features that you won't find elsewhere. Even if you don't use the pen much you will for the extra features such as notes on lock,additional screen shot or draw features. The camera is almost too good in some cases.
I have no real negatives to speak of. Thought I might miss my front facing speakers but the volume levels have been very acceptable. I do not mind the non replaceable battery or no SD slot,although I wish I had bought at least a 64gig model, The cloud is assisting with backup storage quite well. I do miss my old sync to PC program. You can backup to your PC but moreso via drag and drop.
I definitely recommend this phone

I previously had an iPhone but after switching to the galaxy I will never go back. There is so many features on this phone and it is amazingly easy to use.
