Note 5 Falls B-Flat

Another half-note short. The phone looks good but performance is so so. Had to turn on Advanced Calling to use Web while using phone. That's a new one. While holding the phone my hand often covers the speaker. What's up with that?
Here are things that should be standard design on AOL new phones:
1. 5.7" or larger screen
2. Front facing speakers
3. Unbreakable screens
4. Metal bodies and no glass on the back.
5. 3500+ batteries (removable)
6. Headphone jacks
7. No physical buttons for home screen. Take that wasted space, add screen real Estate and put in touch buttons.
8. Keep your company bloatware to a minimum.
9. Regular updates
10. Keep the price affordable so people can buy the phones. "You see so many, cause they sell so cheap"

Cons: Did not meet expectations, bad speaker placement. do you do r&d?

Outstanding Communications Tool

This device is far more than a cell phone. With a host of communication features and methods of connection it becomes a tool for daily use in a variety of applications. Besides normal cell network communications, you can use WI-FI or Bluetooth and even NFS, and with all the available and downloadable applications, the sky's the limit. I utilize the Note's tablet writing features which I found most useful in meetings to edit images sent through either test messages, or email, or even the occasional photo I take of a whiteboard drawing to share my ideas.
Touch Screen accuracy is outstanding and easy, as well as very precise. The graphics resolution of the screen is excellent , and can be seen by the high resolution images taken by the contained camera. I am quickly growing reliant on this little device, and am finding more ways to use it daily. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends or family. After trying many different phones including the Samsung Note 4, this is a far superior product, and my only recommendation would be to make it water resistant as my Samsung 7 Edge.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, handwriting feature
Cons: not water resistant

Best phone I've owned

This phone has managed to impress me every single day. It's screen is amazing it holds so much content that I can get more done faster, the camera has served me well during photos in any light settings, and the fingerprint sensor works so well you almost forget it's there.
Pros: Realistic color, Durable

I really like the Galaxy Note 5. It does most everything I need it to do for personal and work use. The 3 things I dislike are that it does not have an IR blaster so I can use as a remote, the battery cannot be changed or accessed, and there is no external memory. I enjoyed these features on my old Note 3 and they should bring them back!!!

So close to being perfect. but...

This is my third note started with 3 went to the 4. & I had to get the #5.. I would give it a 5 star rating except for three things.
#1.. no expandable memory 7 months into it I have used up 47 out 64 gigs..
#2.. got rid of the RF blaster.. sometimes I can't find my remote or reach it..ha.
#3.. The all Glass body.. is an absolute fingerprint nightmare not to mention extremely slippery.. luckily I got big hands..

So in conclusion I honestly do like this phone and would recommend it.. luckily it looks like they took care of some of my problems with a Note 7 unfortunately I can not upgrade yet..
Pros: Bright display, the heartbeat sensor.. i actually use it daily..
Cons: Did not meet expectations, just missing a few things close to be perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the color clarity, the video experience, and the ease of use! Awesome camera!! This was my biggest selling point ... pictures are crisp and clear, and I can zoom in without losing detail!
