Love my Note-5

Love my new note 5....Samsung has always had good products and I have always bought and preferred a Samsung over anything else.
I had note-3, it was easy migration from note-3 to note-5 (Samsung's smart switch app). I am loving better camera, fast charging and all the other new features.

A little too slick

My biggest issue with my past several Samsung phones is that they are too slick. They constantly fall out of my pocket when I sit down or slide off of furniture. This phone has been dropped probably 15 times in only a month. It has held up well, though, with no scratches and only a small crack at the corner of the camera lens and that doesn't show up on photos. Overall, the phone is more or less what I was hoping for. It performs beautifully and handles nearly all tasks with minimal time and effort.
My one negative for the phone is the battery life. When Samsung changed over to a non-removable battery and took out the external storage option, one of the biggest reasons for the change was for better battery life. Sure, the phone charges at a ridiculously fast rate, but it dies nearly as quickly. I often find that I have to charge the phone around lunch or during the afternoon if I want to be able to use it later in the day. While that may not be an issue for many with portable chargers and all sorts of gizmos to offset it, it is a drain for me when I work 70+ hours a week and often do not have time or space for any sort of charging while I'm working.

My son cracks up at me because im 72 and a tech nut..I love this phone because not only can i work everything out on it but it has so much that is does for me just because..even the voice works and im now using the Samsung tap and pay...I LOVE THAT!!!!!..ITS JUST LIKE HAVING A FRIEND THAT HELPS YOU OUT...thanks so much for this friend, i would be lost with out it...

only two things would make it better

I would have given a higher rating had these 2 things not been removed. Removable battery and micro SD card slot

Great phone!

Samsung stays on top of the tech chain, and continues to make excellent products that are above the rest. This phone is by far the best one I've had yet, considering the short period of ownership.

Best Phone Ever

This is the 5th Samsung phone I have owned and it is the best ever. Love the features, the way it feels in my hand, performance, battery life and everything about it. THis is not the only Samsung product I own - have a smart TV, tablet, washer, dryer, and microwave. Have never had a bad Samsung product.

I have had many Samsung devices and the best has to be the note 5. The pin helps out so much with daily tasks and all the other features just put it over the top
