There is no device like the Note 5

Galaxy devices already give Android super powers, the Note 5 takes it to a whole new level. First off the S-Pen has had force touch features since the Note 2. Think of the S-Pen like a little mouse. It allows you to select text practically anywhere and take specific screen capture clips to send or save with ease. If you need to write on a photo you have taken with the best camera on any smartphone to send to a colleague or to family the Note 5 is for you. Samsung has thinned the bezels down on the Note 5 compared to the Note 4 making it easy to use for one handed use. The back is also curved which allows it to conform to your hand the way a device should. The gorilla glass 4 is very durable. I prefer not using a case so to not hide the beauty of the device, so having something that can survive most drops is important; and I have dropped it a few times on concrete as well as tile and it is going strong. With 4 GB of ram it can handle any amount of apps running at the same time. Plus it works with Samsung Pay which is the most secure way to pay. Samsung has Knox which is certified for the French as well as Chinese government to use because of it's high level of security. Using Samsung Pay is more secure than me walking around with my wallet. It works anywhere too, the other day I used it to get a Torta for lunch, because I left my wallet at home. The sales representative was amazed that it even worked on their basic credit card terminal. There is nothing like a Note and there never will be. The Note will always be my primary device, and I am happy to have made the upgrade. My brother even added the Note 5 to his lineup even though he has the Note 4 because of its blazing fast speed. I love how Samsung included their own Exynos 7420 processor which is a nice change to have in the States. Not having a micro SD card isn't a problem for me because they gave me 100 gb of Microsoft Onedrive cloud space and the UFS 2.0 (Universal Flash Storage) makes the device itself 19 times faster compared to old as eMMC tech; also because a micro sd card can only reach a class 10 capacity, has a shelf life because every time I transfer something back and forward it degrades the card. If I had my choice I would get the platinum. I pre-ordered it and I can not imagine not having had it for all this time. I have been able to take great photos of my 3 month old Son and it has been a huge life saver for my business.

This phone works great for about anything you can think of although it still seems to get hot when using snapchat

I take a lot of pictures for work and use them to create instructional job aids for training and development. The note taking feature is really handy for taking quick notes during meetings.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, great camera
Cons: Too big

The phone is a beast...except the battery

I love the phone. I love the look and feel of it. I love how they packed a 5.7 inch screen into the small form factor. I still hate touchwiz and the fact that updates take forever and a day...The battery life is ok...I expected better...it will probably get better when Marshmallow rolls out...keyword when. Other than those gripes, the phone is solid.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: battery life, touchwiz ui
