Never Buying Samsung Again

Screen glitches, apps freezes, and photos go missing.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

I had a note 3 and went to S6 edge which was a good phone, but I'm glad to be back with a Note. I love everything about this phone. Picture/Screen quality is great. Calls are great. I use my phone for everything from work to entertainment and this phone handles it all quickly and looks great doing it. love the s-pen, but I don't think I use it to it's full potential. Keep up the great work.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, size

USB Port no longer supports data transfer or fast charging after last software update. Verizon is unable to fix.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: usb port non functional except for charging, fast charging no longer workss

Love this product. Its like a miniture computer. Wish I would have purchased this a long time ago. Its very helpful especially if you conduct alot of research as I do as well as multi-tasking. I've had this for 6 mos. and still learning other features and looking forward in utilizing them. Its has been a life saver and recommend this product highly.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, features are a plus

Good Phone but Not Great

I have had this phone for several years now and found it to be dependable, with a beautiful screen, easy to use, and ease of use with one hand. I had a problem when a new update was downloaded and the phone crashed. No one could explain why the phone crashed, but Samsung replaced the phone within 24 hours. I did not give this phone a 5 star for two obvious reasons. One, no replaceable battery and two, no micro SD expansion card. I believe the lack of a micro SD card is a bigger deterrent than I originally thought, especially since I like to take a lot of pictures.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: no micro sd card, non-removable battery

Best phone I have owned!

I have had the best luck with Samsung phones, and I think that will be the only type I would own, but this phone does have a few downfalls. The biggest one is not being able to replace the battery yourself. You can get it replace, but it would probably be expensive. Another downfall is the fact that it does not have an SD card slot. I wish I could have gotten the 64GB phone, and it wouldn't be that big of a deal, but I have the 32GB phone. I know you can buy a few adapters, and hook one up through the USB port, but it is just a lot better having the option to use an SD card.
Other than that the phone is amazing. I love the design, the performance, the feel, and the features the Note 5 has. I hope it is more durable than my S5 was. My son broke the screen somehow, so Fingers crossed.

Cons: no sd card slot, cannot replace battery yourself, expensive
