very difficult to use if you are not tech savvy

It would be fantastic if the phone came with a manual. The only thing I like about this phone is the camera. It goes dark too fast, changes screens in the middle of what I'm doing, then I can't get it back. I have wanted to place it under my car tire and drive over it. I feel it was also extremely expensive.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Phone is ok. Video and pictures are not as clear as they make is seem. When your filling in your info, "Auto fil"l does not "register" so you have to fill in the blanks yourself.
Good looking phone with a bright screen. Much fast thenot older Notes.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations, pictures and video are grainy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for organization and work productivity

Perfect for business and schooling. Scheduling and organization.
I am a Note 4 lover! The expandable memory and ability to switch battery were some of my favorite features; but then I thought about it. How often did I take advantage of these things? It turns out the battery swap (never) and memory card just for apps I barely used. I tried the Note 5 in the store and with my trade on my service plan it was worth the miniscule price difference.
I am so pleasantly surprise as I was one that said this is pure knock off and the Note 4 does not need to be replaced. I can say it I am wrong. This is without a doubt the best phone I have every had!! Way to go Samsung!
