My HP printer will not accept the off brand reloaded cartridges. Although the original HP is more expensive, it saves in the long run. Not only in money but time and frustration.

I received the new cartage and installed it in the printer. Went to print a document and the computer would not talk to the printer. It seem that windows 10 will not communicate with a HP deskjet 9600. have tried several things but none thing works. NEW cartage no printer??????
