My new Samsung note 5 is very similar to the note 3 that I have had for the past few years. The note three was the most reliable phone that I have ever owned and the note 5 is simply an updated, faster version. I use my phone heavily everyday and these phones are tough, reliable and just work well. The camera is great with very high resolution and the stylus is so helpful when you just don't have anything else to write with. I take notes with the stylus, make shopping lists and and have even doodled a bit. I don't think I would want a phone anymore without the ability to write and take notes.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, fast interface, great camera
I would recommend this to a friend!

the phone would be excellent if the SD card Slot feature would have stayed and the issue with sluggish delayed text messaging wouldn't be happening. as for the battery, i have never had an issue with the Note, Note 2 or Note 3. i skipped the Note 4 since it was almost like the Note 3 and even with the problems stated above i am glad i waited to upgrade to the Note 5.
i upgraded from a note 3 that worked excellent and had the micro SD card slot available. i had a 64 GB card in it by Samsung that i can no longer use on my new note 5, i will now have to find another product that can handle the large 64GB memory bank as some electronic devices can only handle 16GB or 32GB micro SD cards. with that said perhaps i can buy a Galaxy Tab S 8.5 or 10.5 and stick it in there and keep using my content.
its disappointing to see that Samsung would remove the SD card slot option to make loyal customers like my self be obligated to purchase the 64gb version to make more income profit out of us since most users need at least 64 GB of memory for daily work and assignment activities etc. with that said i have to give them a lot of credit for the battery life, the battery life last about 7 hours of medium use or 4 to 5 hours of heavy use with the brightness setting at full tilt but charges very fast. a good example to that is my note 5 was at 8% battery life the other day and with the charging wire it fully charged in 1 hour even though the display said 1 hour and 32 minute for a full charge. that is very impressive vs my note 3 that would take about 2 hour or more to fully charge on the same charger that came with my note 3.
the s pen is a nice feature and i like that it writes better then the previous s pen on the note 3 and i really appreciate the push pen because it makes it a lot easier to pull the S pen out of the Note 5.
over all i would have preferred the SD card feature to remain with the note 5 or at least a 128GB note 5 would have been better. but i would still buy it since it is an excellent phone besides the issues i stated above. now if they could only make the new Samsung Gear S2 display in a larger MAN size watch i would buy it to pair it with my note 5.
I have had every Note starting from the Note II. The Note 5 is by far the best from a performance standpoint. I still prefer to be able to add a memory card and to be able to remove the battery, but those are personal feature preferences and do not effect the performance of the phone. One thing I have noticed so far is the battery life lasts longer even with me running Wireless, Bluetooth and Location (GPS) 24/7 to include using a Navigation app for a min of 2 hrs each day, streaming radio most of the day, using 3 email apps, Messaging + and being on the phone around 4 hrs a day. By the time I get home I normally still have up to 25% battery left. I have had less apps stop responding or locking up, in fact so far it has only happened once and even then after waiting 2-3 min it resolved itself.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, features, high quality display, high quality camera, speed - responsiveness
Cons: memory not expandable, battery not removable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Traded in my new s6 for this. I upgraded from my note 3 which my husband still uses! The best phones on the market. This is the Rolls-Royce of phones. The screen is fantastic.
I purchased this phone to replace a Note 4. I use my phone for work quite often and it has never failed me. The display is amazing. Everything runs without hesitation.
Took a bit to get used to the larger size, but smaller phones looks like toys after using this for a while. Great screen, great battery, great performance. Stylus is also very handy for notes and screen capture. Very happy with this phone!
My only gripe is that the back is glass and very slippery. I got a leather like skin on the back now and problem solved.
When its come to my cell phone I've always struggled with things like battery life, screen size, and camera quality. But when I upgraded to the Note 5 I finally found a pro phone that gives me almost everything I want!
