This phone is on the top of the heap. I much prefer it to the other competing OS. I just hope that the OS is updated quickly.

Amazing phone

It only takes a single word to describe my Note5 Phone that is “AWESOME”. Before purchasing a phone I researched the various phones available. My criteria were the latest technology, a quality camera, and a feature rich phone. The Note5 scored 5 stars in all categories. I have only had the phone for a week; each day I find something else that amazes me.
The camera was important to me; I am an amateur photographer and wanted a good camera to capture the moment when the SLR was not available. The camera is very good and the display is bright with accurate colors to allow me show my work to my friends and relatives.
The built in wireless charging is slick, I just drop the phone on the charger, no more plugging it in. The S pen is quickly becoming a favorite feature for taking quick notes and capturing ideas with drawings.
I can go on and on the phone is just amazing!

I recently switched from the Galaxy S4 to the Note5. I wasn't sure I was going to like the larger size but now I'm hooked. I am a freelance programmer and network technician and I am frequently having to remote into systems from my phone. The Note5 makes that much less painful because of the larger screen.
I also did not think I would use the pen that much but it turns out it is a major advantage when I want to take some quick notes. I can write notes much faster than type them in and often when I need to take notes I can't use text to speech. The pen is the solution!
So far the speed of the Note5 has been great. The slight differences in OS between the Note5 and the S4 have been great as well.
Overall, I love it and I am very happy with the Note5.

Upgraded from a Note 3 which I loved to this Note 5. It's amazing in 2 generations how much the phone is better than the prior generations, which were amazing as well. Engineering / ergonomics are excellent - great to hold and the curved back makes it feel smaller than it is. Bezels are minimized, and the finish with the glass back is excellent.. the finish colors are amazing (black sapphire has a tint of blue in it in the right light .. beautiful).
Performance is excellent, as is the display .. cannot see pixels.
I'm a heave s-pen user and that has gotten even better. Multi-app feature is excellent, and Samsung Pay is a huge home run, including the MST technology which works with swipe readers that have not been upgraded to be NFC readers (e.g. your phone works in most if not all places where you'd normally swipe your own card). Finger print reading has been flawless and is a huge convenience, providing security for using the phone as well as entering apps such as banking - convenient and secure. And, you can swipe up even when the phone is off to activate Samsung Pay.
Battery life has been excellent .. so much improved over earlier versions - no issues at all.
The Touchwiz interface is now very very good, and really eliminates the desire for a 3rd party launcher. Camera picture quality is outstanding, and the camera features are great, including a now integrated live streaming connection to youtube.
The more one uses this phone, the more one appreciates all of the hard work that went into the design, both of the software, s-pen integration and engineering / usability of the phone.
Gorgeous phone and a joy to use - well done Samsung.

It would be great if it has a sd card to download as desired. Note4 is still attracting than note5 because only of this reason.
