The Note 5 is almost perfect. Best phone I've used yet. Only issue I am not a fan of is the glass backing. It's a fingerprint magnet, can break easier than metal or plastic. Even when it's just cleaned, it doesn't look any better than metal or we'll designed plastic. I wish they would try soft touch material...or a rubber of some sort...
Otherwise, it's slim, fast, feature packed...I love it.
I upgraded to this from my galaxy s4 and there are two features I miss. 1)the ability to hover my finger over a piece of text and have a pop up expanding anything that was truncated by length. This can be done using the S-pen but isn't as convenient. 2)the IR port at the top of the phone which turned my phone into a universal remote, this is greatly missed since my daughters tend to misplace the actual remotes for my HT system.
But I have found the battery life to be more than adequate to make it through the day once I disabled samsung stock email app and the screen is gorgeous on this thing. Also the keyboard is roomier on the larger screen than my old gs4 which helps with my large thumbs.
Pros: Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well this Note 5? This phone is probably the best phone I had since my Galaxy S3. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves big phones. And enjoy Samsung in general
I had Samsung Galaxy Note3 and I really love it. Now I got Note 5 and still getting used to it. Didn't have spent much time with it. But I think I'll learn it very quickly. I think it's better than iPhone. I never liked iPhone.
I love the new features added to the phone and to the stylus. Great design. I don't like that the SD card slot was taken out of the phone options. It makes me hesitant to download new apps or take videos because I'm too afraid to use up all my memory.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: no room for extra memory
I would recommend this to a friend!

If it had a SD card slot for up to 128 gigs, I'd be in heaven. And an exchexchange battery since they drain so fast
After owning and using a Note 3 every day for over 2 years, I was anxious to get my hands on the Note 5. After owning it for more than 2 weeks now, I am very impressed with it's performance all the way around. The new S Pen lives up to the expectations I had, particularly the screen writing without turning on the phone, and the customizable menu for the S Button apps. I must say the flow feels really nice when writing as well. While the chassy design is slick, I actually would have preferred the faux leather of the Note 3 and a memory expansion slot, and removable battery. Not deal breakers, but not ideal for me. As for use, the phone is very responsive, and works quite well. I loved my Note 3, but it did tend to be a little leggy at times in rotating the screen, or opening an app. My Note 5 is very quick, and nimble. I like the changes to Touch Wiz that add some customization possibilities also. Charging seems to go alot quicker, even if using another charger than the stock one. The screen is very bright if you need it, and provides a beautiful view. Overall, I have nothing but praise for the Note 5, and no issues that would make me regret my choice at all. Nice job Samsung!
