I debated over the iPhone 6s, S6 and Note 5. I knew I wanted a larger screen because I also do some work on my phone. The biggest set back with the iPhone (for me) is that you can't customize the screen with widgets. The calendar widget helps remind me what I have going on that day between work meetings, personal appointments and kids activities. I also have a to-do app that has a widget on my home screen for small errands and tasks I need to do. The 2nd major limitation is no equivalent for Google Now. Its the closest to a personal assistant you can get. It memorizes frequent locations and let's me know if there is traffic and I need to leave early or can provide alternate routes. It tracks my packages so I know when to expect things I've ordered. I can make calls, have texts read, the list goes on. The debate between Note and S6 came down to the pen. I am a working mom with flexible office hours. That means I do some of my work on the go. The pen just helps facilitate that. I evaluated these 3 phones for about a month before making my decision. I've had my phone for a few months now and love it. Pictures are amazing. Speed of phone lightning fast. For its size it isnt heavy or bulky. I can put it in my jean pockets and forgwt its there. I love it.
I had a note 2 and was very happy with it. I was extremely pleased to see all of the updates and added features of the note 5. I didn't think I needed an upgrade, but I am really happy I upgraded.
Love my Note 5 so far. It's been everything that I need it to be. Fast, beautiful screen, the speaker sounds great, and the camera has really blown me away so far. If you're on the fence about it, I have no doubt that you'll love it.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, camera
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was skeptical after hearing all the note users upset about no SD card or removable battery. I opted for the 64GB and I am sure I will never fill it up thanks to Cloud storage. Wireless charging and fast charging eliminated my fears. I have owned the Note 3 and in my opinion it was amazing, but the note 5 took it to the next level with performance. Camera and apps open instantly. No lag whatsoever.
Call quality, screen, network coverage, and a list of other great features make this a fantastic upgrade for me personally.
There's only one feature missing. IR Blaster. It needs to be back.
Touch wiz is minimized to make life better but u can always download the features that once existed by downloading them from the play store like the note extensions. They are amazing!!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, camera
Cons: speakers on the bottom
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to use, feels great in the hand, and holds a charge well.
