This phone has amazing features and runs smoothly. However I get horrible reception and it messes up when it plays my music. Those two items are huge for me so as a result I give it a 3 out of 5. Fix the antenna issues so you at least get better reeption
Cons: poor reception
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

trouble with 2 different devices

Although I love the Convenience of the pen I had a problem with one device where the pen stopped working and had to get the phone replaced. The phone that replaced the defected one had its on defect it keeps shutting down on me and I have to hold the volume buttons and the other side button to have it reboot. It's frustrating because I count on my phone for work as I am a substitute teacher and I am on call. If the phone worked properl;y I would absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone but as it stands now I cannot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I found this phone to be extremely easy to use for every day applications in my business and my personal life I was extremely impressed with the support that Samsung people Had given me with some issues with file transfer, I like the notices I would highly recommend working with Samsung.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

Overall a solid phone

The various features involving the pen have been extremely useful in both personal and professional life. The lack of expandable memory kinda limits what you can put on the phone but I use several cloud services so most of my photos and what not are saved elsewhere. A better battery would have been a big plus because the phone is so useful that you will be using it constantly.
Pros: Bright display, the screen writing tool is a big plus to me.
Cons: needs a stronger battery
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have enjoyed using so many of the features of this phone from the write on screen with s-pen to the Samsung health app!
Really a great phone.
I do wish it was a bit sturdier and less prone to cracking. Don't take this one out naked! Put a prtoective cover on it!

I run an Office with Samsung only products

Everything I need to do at my office can be done on my note 5 and Samsung tablet. I literally have an office in my pocket wherever I go.
