I like my phone but it really is starting to do some crazy stuff. Like while i'm on it talking to someone, my settings app will open and then all of my settings get changed.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

REFURBISHED GALAXY SAMSUNG NOTE 5

Refurbished phone is worse than my original Samsung, it powers down on its own, several times while in the middle of doing something, which causes a lot of frustration.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Factory Reset

Well first off, it's not a new phone. the company that makes it just thinks it is because I had to do a factory reset just to get it to function. The battery on this phone is probably the worst feature. It stays charged for about 5 hours before it needs to be recharged. I can't seem to get it to not download massive updates multiple times a week and still have my phone be functional. I'm not the type of person that likes changing every single data option and battery option on when I want to use my phone and then turn them all off to save the battery. There is nothing seamless about this phone. It shuts off randomly, even after I did the factory reset. The note app is cool, if I could get the pen out of the built in sleeve. The little clicker on the pen became useless after about two weeks. Now it sticks incessantly, making it almost a worthless "feature" of this phone. Some of the screenshot functions are also cool, but again with the pen being junk, it's pretty useless. I'm changing to a different, more reliable cell phone company (which is the company that made the phone in the next sentence) after this phone. My first smart phone, a droid 2, lasted nearly 4 years before the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I've had this phone for about 16 months and I have to charge it multiple times a day, or use the ultra-power saving mode, which makes most of the features on the phone unusable. For how much this phone costs, I would expect the clicker on the pen to be functional for more than 2 weeks. Just saying.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bitter sweet Note5

Honestly I love the this phone. But there are two major short comings for me. 1 is in design of the ear jack. Very annoying. And 2, the most important feature is the lack of expandable memory. I have been a Samsung phone owner since my first Galaxy! The lack of expanding memory made this note5 feel very iPhoneIsh. I use my phone for work and play. And that evolves me to use lots of photos and video. Cloud offer a small amount of expanding unless you pay. My note2,3,4 all did the job of my needs. Unhappy with 5 for this very reason, I was only to overjoyed when I got my Note7.. But now that's gone and I'm stuck with the 5 again and feeling the pain of minimal
