The phone is great all around just a few flaws.

This is a great phone. I love the feature and everything. The only complaint I have is the battery life need to be way better. For the price of this device the battery should not die within a few hours.
Pros: Realistic color, Durable

I love my new Galaxy Note 5. I love the Galaxy line in general, this one is really superior. It is easy to use and hold. I just wish the keyboard was larger.

I had been looking at the note for a while, all I did with my phone was text and call people. The Note 5 is so easy I don't have to ask my kids for help to do anything. I went to one of your help clinics, now I'm showing them a thing or two. I haven't scratched the surface on what this can do, but I'm doing more than ever before. It hold it charge for a really long time, fits well in my hand and I love having my stylis back.

The samsung premium

The note 5 is a product that you pay the samsung premium for. The samsung premium means you get the newest technology like bluetooth 4.2 but at the cost of a little extra money and for those with money its worth it.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable

So far it has been great! I accidentally deleted my Cloud through Verizon but Samsung made it easy and user friendly to transfer my data directly to my new phone.

I love this phone! The processor is great, and coming from a "non-android" the software is a HUGE improvement. TouchWiz looks great, and the phone is very fast. My only complaints are that there isn't a removable back for a battery and expandable storage, and also that there is no IR blaster.
