I have only had the phone a couple weeks. So far it works great, and I haven't had any issies.

The sound and picture quality on this phone is amazing. I also love the edge where the screen rolls around the edges. Totally thrilled with my new Samsung.

I was kinda pushed into this phone. I had a Galaxy Note 3, I should of never listed to the sales rep!!
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I been using a Samsung for some time now, and have had no problems with them so far.I am going to continue to use samsung, as long as they keep up the good work, they are very knowledgeable in the questions I have for them,and seem to k ow how to correct my problems.
