Amazing phone that doesn't work properly

I got Galaxy S6 Edge and looks great with awesome features. The first one started acting weird and consuming my battery power in no time. Every day by 1 PM my battery power was at 30% and I was hardly making calls. It would cut off calls and sometimes I didn't even know that I have a voice mail out of no where.
After talking with Verizon they changed it with another one. The new one now is having bad reception problem. I am at my home and some of my calls cut off as I move from one place to another. Other three Apple phones in my house work great with no problem but my Galaxy S6 Edge doesn't work properly.
I don't like Apple for being so controlling of their products but I guess I neither have a good choice with my S6 Edge.

Simply an outstanding product. Lean, plenty of power, terrific lens/picture taking, and smooth movements from app to app. With enough horsepower to have many open simultaneously.

Overall. Good device. A few features are made for the not so everyday user. The health benefits with heart monitor is cool. The edge screen isnt a huge benefit unless you work a desk job or have your phone sitting in front of you. Videos look great to watch though. The phone also holds different, as other phones have the circle edge on the rear of the phone, this is on the front. The size isnt too big, but using the edge screen on the top half furthest away from your thumb is almost impossible. The sound and speaker is great. No cracking. The stock equalization is great, sometimes making me turn down to avoid my eara hurting.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable

When I purchased this phone i was happy until I got it home and found so many flaws with it I wish I would have never purchase it

I have had Samsung for 3 years now. My S6 edge is reliable and very easily usable.

The best phone I have ever had my hands on! I love the feel of the phone, the size of the screen is perfect, the color stand out, the features are ground breaking, it's not hard too use and learn. I'm not sure which is better the gorilla glass or the fact it's water proof! This phone takes place of a lot of other devices.
