Best phone I've had in a long time

Coming from a HTC M8, I was incredibly sceptical of how the speakers would sound, turned out their great! They're louder than the front facing speakers and I was blown away at the quality a single speaker could give. Only problem I seem to be having is the power button no longer *clicks* it still works properly but it somewhat slides in and out slowly, instead of that nice tactile click that I seem to have in the volume buttons. This may be a problem with the current case I have, but for the most part I would love to see something inside the side buttons that would fix this instead of me having to pull the button out and pressing it really hard to make it click again. I currently dropped my phone a few times and nothing has cracked or scratched other than my screen protector that I purchased. I'm incredibly pleased with the durability of the glass on both the front and back. I originally believed the phone would come in black, but it seems to be a very dark navy blue, which is way cooler because it looks to be black while not in the sun but a nice dark shade of blue in the sunlight. I initially thought I hadn't known the phone would be a larger size than usual, but this device is the perfect size for my hands, going back to my old phone feels unnatural. The edge is also a huge plus, there isn't much that I love to do with it other than the Edge contacts (colored notifications when face down) and I love that feature, the design with the edge is so beautiful I've never been happier with a single device. Will definitely have to grab the S8 Edge when it comes out, because I don't think I can ever go back to a regular designed phone.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, 20% after entire days work, edge screen features are perfect, led indicator can change colors

Great phone but not perfect.

It's very fast but the finger recognition needs more work and I'm having problems receiving phone calls.. When a call comes in the calling party can't hear me until I click speaker and even then there's a delay of a few nanoseconds.. I'm not sure what's causing it but if I had to guess I would probably say the problem is extending from Wifi texting and/or possibly HD Voice and video calls. Verizon says the problem was my cache but I don't think so, since I've had this problem from day one without any additional apps on it.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my S7 Edge for about 2 weeks now and I can't put it down. I've always been a Samsung guy, but this phone takes it to another level. The battery life is great, the screen is amazing and the features of the edge keeps me up to date with sports news and scores. It also give me quick access to the apps I use the most.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

this is a great phone. Screen size, clarity and sharpness is awesome. The speed on both wifi and carrier are some much better than my Note 4. The edge feature is great and extremely functional.

I currently have several Samsung products 3ea tablets, 3 each phones and find myself wanting nothing but Samsung products. I am more than please with the quality of their products. The Galaxy s7 edge is the best phone every, the more I use the more new items I find that I didn't know it was capable of doing. I really love this phone. I have purchased a galaxy s5 phone for my 10yr old grand daughter and a 10.4 for my 3yr old grandson .....keep it in the family.

I still think Samsung makes good products however I do not recommend this phone. This phone or maybe I should say the operating system with this phone just has too many problems to list. I've had to different galaxy S7's and so has my husband each one with missing apps. It locks up, things shut down on you, some things don't work the way they're supposed to. Ever since I have this phone,
I just want to smash it. Just my opinion.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, get a different phone. even a samsung not this on

I'm an iPhone user, always have been. Recently I encountered a problem with my iPhone that prevented me from using the full capabilities of the phone so I made the switch to the Samsung s7 Edge. Mind you I was very hesitant because my last android device (Moto X2) didn't live up to my expectations, however my edge blew me away! I absolutely love the camera, honestly it's the best darn camera I've seen on any smartphone in the game right now. I also love the cool features like edge display, and being able to perform multiple functions at once. Did I mention that the design is absolutely stylish (I have mine in the gold color option), and the screen display and resolution is out of this world. All my hesitation went out the window the first 5 minutes of using the phone. I absolutely love it, and don't think I'll ever go back to iPhone'software. Samsung you've stolen my heart!
