Samsung's best phone yet!

I have gone through the S4 and the S5, and now having the S7 as a phone is a great, satisfying product as it is. The camera is amazing and the design is just stunning. It is light and easy to handle. The theme store is also quite a big plus to the phone, it adds a lot of color and personality to the phone. I also love how Samsung provided a display when the phone is turned off, that way you don't have to turn on your phone to check the date or time. It is very convenient. If you are looking for a high quality smart phone, I definitely recommend this phone.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

Great phone, faster processor, faster camera

I love this phone. Upgraded from the S5. I have found it to be faster in every way.
Apps respond rapidly. The camera is as fast as I could imagine. Just a double click on the home button, and the camera comes up instantly. Photos are instant as well, no waiting to focus again after pressing the capture button, as I found was so slow with the S5.
The thing I really like is samsung pay, and the ability to use it at almost any credit card reader. So far the only place I have found it won't work is 7-11 stores for some reason.
The phone is sleek with the glass front and back. Feels great, and easy to use.

Wireless Fast Charging a FAIL

The new wireless fast charging does not work on this phone and when speaking with Samsung tech support they could not say if it was a known problem. Had to upgrade to an S7 edge to get reliable wireless fast charging. Still awaiting the upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. If you are looking for a phone ghat has reliable wireless fast charging best to select the S7.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: wireless fast charging doesn't work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The edge is a great phone but a little high price. The phone is great with all kinds of featcures on it I could keep going but the best thing to do is just go and get your own and start exploring. You will not be sorry.

A phone worth upgrading to

I had just replaced my Note 4 with an s6 Edge+ when my daughter gave me this S7. I loved the S6 Edge+ but this phone is excellent. It fits well in my hand and I have to admit the size is more convenient than the Edge +. I appreciate that it has less bloat ware and that it takes a memory card. The performance is robust and the software is less quirky than I would expect with a version one device. The battery life has been much better than my Note 4 and the phone stays cooler. The sound quality is not what I hoped but I am still tweaking the settings.
