Great phone, but has bugs with screen rotation

Samsung's technical support chat representative (chat ID LTK1125603648694X ) said I should write a product review here. This should be a bug report (I work tech support for a living) but instead I was told to write a product review.
Got my device and it is a great phone. Problem is that the screen rotation does not work. Looking at forums online, LARGE numbers of people are reporting the same problems, even after doing full resets and having the device replaced entirely. Problem appears to be a result of a bug in the update to the 5.0.2 os update--as soon as you update the device, screen rotation quits working.
The writing guidelines say that you can't include info about other companies or websites, so I can't add links here, but just do a Google search for "Galaxy S6 screen rotation problem" and you'll see plenty of forums where people are complaining about the same issues.
This is a great phone and I'm sure that this bug will get fixed. I'm only marking the review with bad reviews to get the attention of Samsung and am only doing it here because tech support told me this is how a bug report should be filed...through a product review????

Awesome phone, Iphone 6plus killer

This phone is lightweight, better display, super fast compared to the new Iphone 6plus. Although the size is 1/2" shorter than the Iphone 6plus but the screen is bigger and much better picture. The phone doesn't bend!!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, does not bend

I have owned many flat screen TV's. A year ago I purchased a Samsung Smart TV and could not believe the picture quality and the ease of connectivity, So when it came time for a new phone I took a look at Samsung. When the 6 edge came out I could not resist. So happy with it. The speed and performance is fantastic. I use it for home and business. I would recommend their products to anyone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: battery performance

This phone is with out a doubt the best phone I've ever had. Before this one I used an iPhone and I still prefer this one. It's easy to use. Has very loud volume and comes in many awesome colors. Also has finger print lock option. Love. Love. Love
