I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone

NOT user friendly at all I have had mine for a year and haven't used it for one hour.....will not connect to the wifi!!! Have cheap little speaker that connects in 2 sec!!! Don't spend the $$$

Great Compact System

The sound and quality lives up to the Bose reputation. Using is easy. Pairing is quick. My only issue is I would have liked to have stereo instead of monophonic after purchasing two systems. Great improvement for customers and increase sales for the company. Please try.

Blue tooth is really bad

I bought this Bose sound link about a week ago and the blue tooth connectivity is bad and I don't know why even when my device (phone) is in close range to the speaker it will skip or stop playing. Bose please help me figure this out. I have never had this problem in the past with the other products I purchased

Very Disappointed

I bought the Bose 10 SoundTouch and received it today. Excited to open the box, but very disappointed with the sound. Not near enough bass that Bose is known for. I also bought the SoundLink Color. This speaker outdoes the the SoundTouch 10, in my opinion. The SoundTouch is going back tomorrow!

In our experience, the SoundTouch 10 should definitely have some more bass, so let's check a few things. Here's how to adjust the bass: In the SoundTouch app, choose EXPLORE > SETTINGS > System settings. Then you can choose your ST10. In the BASS ADJUSTMENT section, use the + and - buttons to adjust the bass level. We can also reset the system by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
If the issue with low bass still occurs from the same audio device that you use for your Color speaker, we believe that the speaker may be defective. You can reach us at 1-800-379-2073 and we can get that exchanged for you. We are open from Mon. – Fri., 9 AM – 9 PM and on Sat., 9 AM – 7 PM ET.

the st10 is my first bose speaker system i've used the ear buds before. it's compact, stylish, and sounds great. even when i crank it up for Free Bird! plus the operation/controls are at your finger tips on your phone or tablet

I'm a big fan of bose music system since they have very pretty awesome design. Easy to set up. For bed room it is nice to have. specially if you want to gift someone it is a best option. In my home I have Home theatre, headphones and I have gifted to family and other friends.

Where is Apple Radio?

Nice speaker sound. Excellent price. Where is Apple Radio? It needs Apple Radio.
I love my Soundtouch 10 in white. It compliments my bathroom nicely and is the perfect size to be unobtrusive. Of course it still provides Bose quality sound! The Bluetooth feature is a HUGE plus. I wish this had been available when I purchased my other Soundtouch speakers.
