Great Sound. AWFUL Set-Up and the Apps Blow

I never write reviews, but Bose put it out so its on them. I bought 2 Soundtouch 10s almost a year ago my office. I use Windows 10 and Android. The Android installation process was so quirky I thought I had a Beta version by mistake. When it did work, it was very unreliable but really limited in scope, The Win 10 (Surface Pro 3) just did not work. Period. Just software junk. Finally, done wasting otherwise productive time (which BOSE is free to reimburse me for lol), I stashed them both in the closet. But, ever the optimist , I broke them out yesterday and downloaded the apps and, although a broader range of functionality, they still suck. Such a disappointment from a company like this.

Doesn't Stay Connected

Had these speakers for well over 6 months and have nothing but problems. They constantly disconnect and I have to troubleshoot with them every morning and most afternoons.

Good sound, strong bass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Speakers have beautiful appearance and many features. Volume is many times larger than the size of the speaker. Bluetooth can receive stable signals continuously at long distances. The speaker also has an auto off feature after 20 minutes of non-use. However, the service is supported without Vietnamese music. The radio also has no Vietnamese language channel.

Need more Presets !

I have 2 SoundTouch 10 systems and the Wave SoundTouch system. There are not enough presets on the app. I can see that the remote only holds six but the apps could easily hold more presets, please consider adding more.
I bought it two weeks ago and I am very satisfied with his performance .The sound is impeccable!

Great speaker , horrible set up and app

I love the concept, sound and price point of the Soundtouch but the set up was not intuitive and the app was buggy and frustrating. I have several other Bose products where set up was simple and intuitive so I was very surprised with this product.
