Bose continues to amaze me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 5th Bose product I purchased and I have to say that the sound from my SoundTouch 30 is like no other! I LOVE my new Bose and everyone who comes to my house compliments the sound!

It's Bose so it is suppose to be good and it is. I have used Bose systems since the 70's. I had wanted a Bose Radio System for some time but didn't think I could justify it, I'm glad I settled on this system. It's hardly ever turned off. Love "Old Hippie" music and Red Dirt Texas stuff. I strongly recommend the system. I do however agree with some reviews I read before purchasing the system. Make your "APP" a little more friendly and put install a "sleep mode".

Great speaker

I've owned this speaker for 3 months now. Very easy setup, pretty much plug and play (possibly update). The soundlink app is easy to navigate. The sound quality is great the speaker is well designed and modern looking. The only thing I didn't like was the base fades at max volume. It doesn't fade completely and it's not the worst but just want to give an honest review. You really may never need to play at max volume because it is really loud but I like my music obnoxiously loud. I feel the price was a little high however if it lasts for a long time then it was worth it. I will be buying another one soon.

Huge Sound!

Beautiful sound, just ok tech

I have the SoundTouch 30 and 20 systems. The sound from both systems is phenomenal - clear, true and rich. The 30 is powerful enough to fill a large great room and almost an entire ground floor (approx 1.2k sq feet). We use it with various media including internet radio, iTunes and a lot of Spotify.
The downside of Bose wireless systems is their lackluster tech - meaning SoundTouch app and integration with wifi and Spotify. Setup can be simply difficult to get working properly with multiple failures to connect either to wifi or Spotify. Often the system will get "confused" when switching from one media type to another and crash, requiring a hard reboot (i.e. Unplugging it and replugging it). The SoundTouch app has improved a lot in the last year but is still prone to not finding speakers on the network. Bose Wireless speakers cannot integrate with home automation and I would like to see Bose work on adding IFTTT and home automation hub support (Wink, Samsung SmartThings).

Great Sound.

We used the unit outdoors for a Family reunion and we all took turns using the unit with our favorite songs from our phones via Bluetooth. The sound is absolutely powerful and rich.We also used the unit indoors and it sounds even better. I wish that Bose would manufacturer this unit as a portable unit.
