The owner's manual for this product was terrible. But the email tutorials were heplful.

Bought this for beach home and it is a very good TV. However, I cannot understand why Samsung would design a TV that doesn't accept more than 3 digits for tuning channels. This makes the Samsung remote non-compatible with most cable TV system set top boxes. In addition, this means you have to use both remotes for accessing all features of the TV, which to me, is annoying. Overall, TV is very good picture and nice features, but not happy with it not accepting up to 4 digits for channels

Out of the box, user guides easy to understand. Setup was just simple. Picture was good. Within in an hour, using the e-manual and menu, had the picture and options setup that made my wife very happy. Did add a wireless mouse, which really improved access to all setup features. Not sure if I'll be using all of the SMART TV features, but all work good.
Pros: overall just one good product
Cons: i don't have any.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the perfect size TV for a bedroom. The picture quality is absolutely stunning! Samsung makes a great product. I would recommend this TV or any other Samsung TV to anyone!

Smart Move

This is our first Smart TV. We debated on the purchase, since we already had a Roku for our existing television. The salesman suggested that we move the Roku to our bedroom tv and go ahead with the purchase of the Smart TV. We have not been disappointed. The Samsung has a much more clear picture than our old LCD, and the features have exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this television whole heartedly to our friends, or anyone that is in the market to make the smart move to a smart tv.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, blends nicely with nearly any decor.
