Worth the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother bought me a Wave radio back in 2002; which still works! This one is even better. The sound is clearer and I don't have to have the volume as loud and it's sounds fantastic. Love the Bluetooth.

I am not impressed .

I am unhappy with the small remote that is not illuminated , do I had to leave a light on to use it . Not a good situation when you are trying to fall asleep . Also the sound dispersion is not as good as two simple book shelf speakers .

Great Sound

It does have a great sound for a relatively compact machine. But I wish it had control buttons on the machine itself, rather than only a remote which needs to have batteries replenished. It would not harm the beauty of the machine to have control buttons on it.

Second Time is Sweeter

This is my second Wave Radio. The first one died at the age of 17. The computer in it went out and there was nothing that could be done. I ordered another one and had it in less than 24 hrs. The sound quality is beautifully Bose. So clear and distortion free. My backup system sounded like it was playing in a box. Now I'm happy again. The touch on/off feature is a welcome addition.

Wave IV Music System is everything I wanted.

I used to listen to my collection of CD's in my car while driving, but a temporary glitch in my CD player made me rethink my situation. Many new cars no longer come with CD players, so the Bose Wave IV gives me the great option of playing my most cherished music well into the future. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even for a techno-idiot like me, and the sound quality is fabulous!! I now don't know why I waited so long to upgrade to a Bose system. There's always a danger with rating a brand new product because I don't know what problems may occur later. I may write another review in the future. One small complaint: Writing the serial number down to register your product is very difficult for two reasons. The model and serial numbers are on the bottom of the machine and are impossibly small. I needed magnifying glasses to read them properly. The instructions don't mention this, but the serial number is also on the box, although it's no labeled as such. "Small" complaints. Overall I'm thrilled with the machine!!

Received my soundtouch system in alloted time no problm. However the set ut instructions for this system is VERY vage. where can I find some help on set up. Do I HAVE to use my ipad or phone?

Very compact, but great sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago, and I am very impressed with the excellent sound it produces! It's very compact and frees up so much space in my den as compared to the old bulky component stereo that I had.
