Defective disc ejection mechanism.

2 stars because the sound is excellent. However, the discs do not eject properly. I tried with several different ones. Had to return the item.

I'm sorry to hear you experienced issues with the disc not ejecting properly. You did the right thing getting in touch to return the item. Remember, when purchasing a product from Bose, you get 90 days to trial the product and a one-year warranty in case something goes awry. I hope you have a much better experience with your next purchase!

No bluetooth!!!

How in today's digital world, can a speaker NOT have bluetooth???!!! Then, if you want to buy the adapter through Bose, it's $200!! So disappointed. Feels like extortion. The speaker itself sounds ok...I expected more from a Bose unit.

This is the second Wave Music System I have purchased. The first one lasted 15 years without any issues; however, it stopped working so I ordered a new one. I am very satisfied with the new one.

Expected more

This was a Christmas gift for my Mom. We have rhapsody, now Napster accounts. We wanted my mom to enjoy her favorite songs, on a Bose, without YouTube'ing songs. Really wish it was just the regular Bluetooth that just simply connected to your phone, versus an app with only the few music apps chosen by Bose (not to include Napster). We also enjoy listening to the radio and thought it would be clear with the digital transceiver; same reception as our last radio. Not the worst, not the Bose I was expecting.
