CD stuck inside

I bought it 2 days ago, my CD stuck inside. I have to return it. So upset. I cannot connect to my Spotify account unless it is premium.

Hello Bao,
Thanks for taking the time to provide a review of the SoundTouch Wave Music system. We are sorry for the trouble you're having. In some cases, the shock absorbing grommets used beneath the CD mechanism may come loose. The disc may not eject in this situation because it is obstructed by the faceplate. Turning it upside down may align the two components and allow the disc to come free.
Just to clarify, only premium Spotify accounts and Spotify family accounts can be added as a SoundTouch music source. Free Spotify accounts cannot be added.

Great Sound & Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned Bose products for over 40 years and I've never been disappointed. I had the Series II, IV & VI 901's to listen to albums, cassettes, cd's. And now I currently own the Companion 5 Multimedia Speakers for my computer to listen to mp3s and streaming.. Thank you for such awesome sounding speaker systems.

No Music From Radio

I bought My Bose cd-radio and can't get any stations to play. The cd works fine though...

The greatest model ever!

It has finally arrived! Convergence at it's best, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, beautiful new design and performance to boot! Sound is superb, just what we have come to demand from Bose and the Wave model. Setup was easy to link to both my network, my iPad and phone. I streamed music within 10 minutes of unboxing. At the end of the day it's all about the room filling music! Bose hit this one out of the park!

Bought the Wave Sound Touch last December, added the Sound Touch 20 speaker this weekend. Love the sound. Have owned many systems over the years and its amazing how much sound comes out of such a small package.
Also own the Soundlink Mini, use that out in garage. Supercool how they work thru the phone and the App.

This is my third Bose Wave system. I received it about a month ago, and like my previous purchases, the ease of set-up and operation was very good, and the sound is excellent. I am still curious, however, why you do not provide an option for bass/treble adjustment.
